The ceremony will be held outdoors about 1 1/2 hours before sunset, so you might want to bring something to keep warm in case of a breeze. An ice water station will be provided, and a limited number of parasols and folding fans will be available in case of excessive heat.

The ceremony should last about 20 minutes, after which our guests will be treated to cocktails while the bridal party dashes off for some quick photographs. We will return as soon as possible to join you all for a fantastic dinner (and cake!) accompanied by dancing, drinking, and general merriment.

The Poxy Boggards and The Merry Wives of Windsor will provide the live entertainment, John Enge will be our Master of Ceremonies, and iTunes will manage the very specific playlist that Tim is slaving over day and night!

Hosted bar until 11pm, no-host bar from 11pm to 1am.

There are no taxis available on the mountain, so if you are not staying at the resort we highly recommend carpooling having a designated driver.
